We believe in the technique of forecasting the future point of failure of a component of a machine, that the component can be replaced on a plan, just before it fails. This way, the equipment's downtime is minimized and the life of the component is maximized.

“We improve productivity, safety, quality and all this saving costs.”

PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE

The inspections must follow a specific methodology.

Equipment for the measurement of various parameters that show a predictable relationship with the life cycle of the component.

Some of the parameters to measure are: thermographies, noises, quality of the oils, level of illumination, level of humidity, dirt in liquids, energy consumption.

Specialized team. Our team comes from the world of car maintenance and stays in continuous training.

Computer support to collect and analyze data, store history and monitor continuously to report the error.

Determine the feasibility and convenience of performing predictive maintenance on a machine or unit.

Determine the physical variables to be controlled that are indicative of the condition of the machine. The objective of this part is to review in detail the techniques commonly used in the monitoring of the machine, so that they serve as a guide for its general selection.

Monitor the machines to obtain an indication of their condition (mechanical) or state, so that it can be operated and maintained safely and economically.

We understand by monitoring a machine the acquisition, processing and storage of data. According to the objectives to be achieved we must distinguish between: surveillance, protection, diagnosis and prediction.

Surveillance of machines. Its purpose is to indicate when a problem exists. It must distinguish between good and bad condition, and if it is bad, to indicate how bad it is.

- Protection of machines. Its objective is to avoid catastrophic failures. A machine is protected when the machine stops automatically because the values indicating its condition are considered dangerous.

- Fault diagnosis. Its objective is to define which is the specific problem.

- Life forecast. Its objective is to estimate how much longer the machine could function without the risk of a catastrophic failure.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Predictive maintenance requires an organization and a detailed methodology. For this we have:
